The game of Angry Birds is a popular Angry Birds game for mobile devices which has been around for quite some time. In June of 2021, it was updated for the second half of the year to support iphone devices. As such, as with all other Angry Birds games launched prior to Angry Birds Transformers (other than Angry Birds Friends), Angry Birds Rio was removed from the App Store and Google Play Store at the end of June. This makes good sense because as the game becomes more popular, a large number of people are likely to download the application for both iOS and Android devices. However, there is still an application available for those who can't get their fill of Angry Birds on the iPhone and Android.
The game is available now as a free download over at iTunes and the Android Marketplaces. The good thing about downloading Angry Birds Rio for free is that there is no adware or malware to worry about and you don't have to use any credit card. The game can also be played on most browsers since Android has compatibility support for flash as well as java, although internet tablets and PDA's do not have this support. The reason why the Angry Birds Rio was removed from the app stores is because it had too many downloads. It is understandable though because the game was released at a time when there were not many games available yet for the competing platforms - particularly the iPhone which is more competitive than Android.
If you still want to download Angry Birds Rio, then it is available for you from the iTunes store as well as the Android Marketplaces. What is interesting with the app is that the company Caged Light has made an agreement with Adobe to include the Flash plugin for free on their downloads. Also worth noting is that you will need to be at least a Java-Flash compatible computer in order to run this game. If you are on a Mac, then you may not be able to run the game since the Java plugin does not work with the Mac operating system. The good news is that the program works very well on both computers since the code is the same on both.
